David R. Haine Real Estate's motto is “We know the land – we have been here all our lives”. Whether walking the boundary lines of your house lot or a 100 acre parcel David enjoys pointing out the geological features, varied tree species, native wild flowers and the animal activity. David grew up on the Saco River in Conway and graduated from Kennett High School. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire in Environmental Conservation with an option of soil & water engineering. His experience with soil conditions and drafting septic plans has been a tremendous aid in helping buyers make decisions on their purchases. He offers buyers suggestions on house placement, drainage and lot lay out. He has been involved in many subdivisions projects from start to finish. His office is equipt with tax maps for over 15 surrounding towns.
David was first licensed in real estate in NH in 1975. In 1983 he opened his own office and has been active in real estate in both Carroll County and neighboring Oxford County in Western Maine. He prefers to remain as a small office so that he can give individual attention to his real estate clients helping them make well informed decisions.
David R. Haine lives in Conway, NH with his wife and two sons. He is an avid fisherman and gardener. His family loves living in Mt Washington Valley where they enjoy swimming down the Saco River, kayaking, snowshoeing or just taking a ride and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
