Unit owner(s) have 120 calendar days a year to enjoy their unit with a 14 day max stay in a 30 day period. 120 calendar days could be- "for example" every weekend and a week or two a year- how great is that! The "value" in this unique vacation get away is to stay as many of your 120 calendar days/yr. The other days the unit is in the "on site rental program"- through Eastern Inns. Possible proceeds from the on site rental program throughout the year- subject to change and restrictions.
